Questions

A shared meeting timer. Build a timed agenda, share one link, and every screen — phones, laptops, the meeting-room display — shows the same live countdown. Free, no signup.

Yes — nothing to install: attendees open the share link on any device, or you screen-share the timer page into the call.

No — the built-in editor does everything. Connecting Claude is optional: describe the meeting in chat and it builds the agenda for you.

No, agendas work with no sign-up at all. Signing in with your existing Google or Microsoft account is optional: it keeps agendas past the 7-day expiry (three on the free plan) and lets you find them again from any device.

Anonymous agendas are deleted after 7 days. Agendas saved to an account never expire; the free plan lets you keep three. Plus keeps as many as you like.

If the agenda is saved to your account, sign in, it is on your agendas page, no link needed. An anonymous agenda cannot be recovered: the edit link is its only credential, and we have no way to prove it was yours. Ask your assistant to build a fresh one.

No. The share link is read-only: it shows the agenda and the synced countdown, nothing else. Only the edit link can change or run a meeting.

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste the BriefMe URL from the home page. It appears in your next conversation.

Yes. Every device that has the share link open shows the same countdown, and the agenda moves to the next topic on every screen at the same moment.

BriefMe is free — unlimited timers and share links. The Plus plan is $5 a month or $49 a year: unlimited saved agendas, plus your own logo and accent color on the timer.
