BriefMe turns a meeting plan into a timed agenda with a shared countdown. If something is not working, or you have a question about your data, we are here to help.

Email support at briefme.us . Tell us what you tried and what happened, and include the agenda's share link if it is about a specific agenda. Never send us your edit link — it is the agenda's password.

Common questions

Connecting ChatGPT or Claude: follow the connector setup guide.
Lost edit link: an agenda saved to your account is on your agendas page after signing in. An anonymous agenda cannot be recovered; ask your assistant to build a new one.
Deleting an agenda: ask your assistant to delete it, or let an anonymous agenda expire after 7 days.
Plan and billing: sign in and open Settings → Billing to change or cancel your plan.
